CEO & Founder
Born in Venice, with a deep passion for nature, sports, adventure, and aviation. After graduating from the Naval Academy, I devoted my life to tourism, turning my passions into my profession. I have grown professionally with the leading Italian and international operators, who are now our partners. For over 20 years, I have been creating travel and event formats dedicated to the MICE (Meeting-Incentive-Conference) world and private groups. In addition, I have provided consulting and support to individual local operators such as regions, resorts, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), in developing and diversifying their tourism offerings in the international market.

Alessia Preda
Business Development Manager
Alessia Preda joins Action Partners International as Business Development Manager, contributing to the company’s strategic business development and to the growth of relationships with clients and partners in Italy and across international markets. In her role, she works with both corporate clients and private clients and exclusive groups, supporting families, entrepreneurs, clubs, and selected communities in the design of tailor-made experiences, with a strong focus on the quality of relationships and the level of service. With solid experience in commercial management and in building high-value partnerships, Alessia stands out for her ability to listen, interpret complex needs, and turn them into concrete opportunities, always maintaining a human, structured, and results-oriented approach. At Action Partners International, she supports the identification of new opportunities, the strengthening of existing collaborations, and the expansion of the company’s ecosystem of experiential, incentive, and corporate projects.

Elisa Medina
Operations Manager
With 20+ years of international experience across tourism and MICE, Elisa leads API’s operations, ensuring flawless end-to-end delivery. She oversees location scouting and supplier/DMC management, guest logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination, with meticulous attention to service detail and execution quality. Within international agencies, she coordinated and trained teams of Tour Leaders and Producers for events, and brings additional experience in sponsorship activations connected to major international sporting events, including the Giro d’Italia, delivering consistency, reliability, and care at every stage.

Large Events Supervisor, Food & Beverage
With a top-tier education at the Institut Paul Bocuse and a career developed in iconic hotels and high-end hospitality settings in Paris, Mourad brings a rigorous and refined service culture to large-scale events. He has led high-volume restaurant and banqueting operations, coordinating sizeable teams and overseeing every stage of delivery, from set-up to the key moments of service. He collaborates with Action Partners International as a large-events supervisor, with a dedicated focus on Food & Beverage, ensuring consistently high standards, seamless coordination between venue, catering and staff, and constant attention to detail that elevates the guest experience.

Ipek Kutbay Göde
Sales and Operations
Born in Istanbul, İpek graduated from Galatasaray High School and Bosphorus University, and continued her extension education at Yale University.
With a deep passion for understanding cultures, learning different languages, reading, traveling, and acquiring new knowledge, she has gained 19 years of experience in the fields of culture and art event organization in Turkey.
In 2015, she moved to Montenegro, where she has successfully run a real estate business while also thriving in tourism and event organization as a licensed tour guide. Drawing on a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for new challenges, İpek contributes thoughtfully and effectively to each project. In her spare time, she teaches mathematics and physics online, further sharing her knowledge and passion for learning.

Rising from Podgorica, his youth witnessed achievements as a European amateur boxing champion and a committed special forces member, all while nurturing a profound passion for art and history. Raso, recognized as a distinguished artist, seamlessly transitioned into tourism, starting as a successful restaurateur and refining his expertise in transportation and logistics. Presently at Action Partners, he brings extensive experience and boundless energy to oversee programming and operations in both the MICE department and tour operationg. Jovanovic's journey from sporting and artistic success to a seasoned tourism professional showcases not only his versatility but also his unwavering commitment to excellence.
